Past Projects

With over 25 years of experience in the construction and development industry, Treegroup Developments Corp. takes pride in our expressed commitments to environmental and socially responsible development. We work in partnership with local communities and officials to ensure our projects meet and exceed the expectations of the existing and future residents of our neighborhoods. Our mandate is to consider all environmental issues and protect habitats and vegetation. Accordingly, we are strong proponents of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program and work to incorporate these initiatives into our projects whenever possible.

The foundation of Treegroup was formed during the period of 1996 to 2006. It was during this decade where the partners assembled, rezoned, built and sold residential, industrial and commercial/retail projects that included:
