A few of the more recently completed projects include:
Fairview 56
A 33-unit condominium project in beautiful Tsawwassen (Delta) B.C. completed in the spring of 2007 and sold out in less than two months. West Coast architecture that incorporates a maritime feel, the project is a refreshing and innovative design that tastefully compliments the established Tsawwassen neighborhood. The project features large two bedroom units, beautiful wood cabinetry, genuine granite countertops, stainless steel appliances , oversized windows, underground parking and much more.
Cambria Court
A very popular and attractive 19 unit two story town home development nestled in a suburban neighborhood of Richmond B.C. Adjacent to a school and many existing amenities, the project elevations incorporated local single family home designs in order to blend in with the existing residential community. The three bedroom units included two car garages, radiant hot water heating, beautiful wood cabinetry, genuine granite countertops, quality millwork, stainless steel appliances and many other features.
Eighty 80
A jointly managed project located on Francis Road in Richmond, Eighty 80 features 28 two to three bedroom townhomes ranging from 1205 to 1455 square feet . The entire Eighty 80 master-planned community incorporates a total of seven buildings that blend nicely into the landscape through the preservation of existing trees and vegetation. Each unit is tastefully decorated with shaker wood cabinetry, genuine granite countertops and high quality laminate flooring. Two car garages and generous amounts of green space surround the buildings making this one of the most desirable new developments in Richmond.
Stags Leap
This 70-unit, 15-acre, high-end cluster housing development represented the first sustainable project of its kind in the Lower Mainland. Before deciding on the placement of these clusters, Treegroup took into careful consideration the following: existing trees, watercourses, minimizing road lengths, sustainable drainage/landscaping, and how to include green building features (to a LEED standard). This project was designed to retain 100% of the existing significant trees, to protect one-third of the site for riparian protection purposes, and to create contiguous open space systems within the neighborhood.

Creekside
This 30-unit townhouse development on 5 acres across from Morgan Creek Golf Course is currently under construction and like Stag's Leap embraces many low impact development measures and sustainable components.
In keeping with the Treegroup corporate mandate, this project differed from conventional town home projects approved or built in Surrey by providing more open space and permeable surfaces, less site coverage, and the incorporation of low impact development, storm water management and soil protection practices. This project was sold to a development company in 2008 following the issuance of development and building permits secured by Treegroup.

Morgan Acres
Recently, Treegroup acquired 60 acres in the prestigious Morgan Creek area of South Surrey/White Rock. This elegant hillside site is located just south of nearby Morgan Creek Golf Course, one of Canada's top 50 golf courses and provides spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.
To maintain the executive feel of the area, Morgan Acres was designed and developed with innovative and pioneering transition and buffering strategies that would assure the existing ambiance and character of the country estates already established in the area. The first phase of Morgan Acres entailed 30 serviced one-acre estate lots, all of which were sold immediately. Phase one and two are now sold out.

Chilliwack Business Park
In 2006 Treegroup expanded its industrial development initiatives into the Fraser Valley, where it developed an 84-acre industrial park in Chilliwack, BC. The Highway 1 Business Park is the newest and largest recent business park development in the Fraser Valley. Situated adjacent to Highway 1 at Lickman Road, a major on/off ramp to the highway, the development's unique setting provided the ultimate combination of a centralized location with proximity to Highway 1 and US border access. Some of the recent industrial tenants are Kal Tire, IMW Industries Ltd., Sonic Drilling and Bar None Metal.
Treegroup secured municipal approvals for the industrial park, coordinated the rezoning and subdivision process, and provided full services to the lot lines for each of the 21 lots. To date all but three of the lots have been sold or leased.
This project was sold to a major industrial property management company in 2007.
