The capital side of the real estate business is critical to the success of any project, and the principals of Treegroup have earned a reputation as prudent managers of capital, both for direct Treegroup projects as well as independent third party projects.In development partnerships where third-party capital is raised through private investors; three core principles have driven the success of these partnerships:

| 2. | Invested capital is paid back first, in priority to distribution of profit; |
| 3. | Returns consistently exceed those of other syndicated real estate deals. |
Treegroup, through their affiliate company, Rowanwood Capital Corp., has invested its own capital and sourced private capital for mortgages secured against independent third-party projects. The mortgages are “deal specific”, fully secured against real estate assets with covenants from the borrowers and standard legal documentation prepared by our experienced real estate lawyers.
For the past two years Rowanwood has earned its investors above market yields.
